Some leaders have a trusted person in their corner - someone who sees the whole picture, tells the truth, and gets in the work alongside them. Someone who doesn't just advise from a distance but stays for the whole journey. That is the role I play.

With over 20 years working across sales, business development, marketing, elite events, operations, and executive leadership - not in theory, but inside real businesses with real stakes. Most advisors specialize in one lane. I have worked all of them, at the same time. I work behind the scenes across strategy, operations, relationships, and growth so leaders can focus on what only they can do- setting the direction, deepening the relationships, and being fully present for the moments that actually move the business forward. I am selective about who I work with because when I say I am in your corner - I mean it completely.

I genuinely care about the people I work with and the businesses they are building. That is not something I can turn off, and I wouldn't want to.
